Hip-hop star Pharrell Williams is battling an Italian fashion firm over his Ice Cream clothing line. He's suing the Gilmar Group for blocking a trademark application on his brand name on grounds that it's too similar to Gilmar's Ice and Iceberg labels. The acclaimed music producer claims that adding the word "cream" -- street slang for money -- "creates a vastly different sound, appearance, meaning and overall commercial impression." (AP)
Madonna and daughter Lourdes are being sued for her new "Material Girl" fashion line for teenagers by a California clothing company that says it has been using the name since 1997. They don't want Madonna selling in same retail outlets nor at similar prices they wined about it not being fair! They told the judge they want her to fork over all teh profits asap! (Can you believe that..WTH!) Madonna teamed up with 13-year-old daughter Lourdes to design the 1980s-inspired line, which came from the pop star's punk-girl style when she rose to fame and recorded the 1985 hit "Material Girl." If anyone should have the name branded I think she should, hey Madonna.. just buy them out boo! 
Taylor Lautner The “Twilight” teen actor is claiming “emotional distress,” fraud and “annoyance” after a $300,000 trailer he ordered to use while shooting a new movie failed to arrive on time. Lautner, 18, is seeking unspecified damages for the no-show vehicle, which was reportedly promised to him by June 21. Apparently, the trailer wasn’t “tricked out” to Lautner’s liking nor was it delivered on time. The RV was to be used while the actor filmed the movie “Abduction,” which co-stars Sigourney Weaver and Alfred Molina. (VIA AP) CMON!!!!! This kid has more money than any 18 year old I know, is he really serious?… If I sued people every time they annoyed me I would be labeled Jackie the B*tch! I am envisioning a bunch of people attempting lawsuits over losing a game of checkers, hearing a baby crying or dog barking from neighbors house, and or having to work with an ugly co worker typical ANNOYANCE! Fantasia Barrino attempted suicide and said it was NOT an accident, after trying to overdose herself on August 9th with a bottle of aspirin she stated: "I was tired of people doing me wrong, constantly, over and over again, dealing with my family — my father, dealing with men and their [expletive] — I was tired,” she said. “My head was hurting me. I was over it." 
Timbaland scared the hell out of his family and fans! He text a family member while he was driving and said he was by a cliff and "tired of the stress". He later called up Ryan Seacrest's radio show and said he was not suicidal....wheeewwwwwww... stick around Tim we need you here in the music world!GOSSIP!!:

Just days after Kimora released a statement saying she was moving on from Baby Phat, new reports have surfaced saying she was actually FIRED! Kimora Lee Simmons was “unceremoniously dumped” from Baby Phat, sources close to the ex-model said of her abrupt exit from the clothing company she founded with ex-husband Russell Simmons. Sources said Simmons is mulling a possible lawsuit against owner Kellwood. “She was blindsided that Kellwood fired everyone,” said one. But another Baby Phat insider it could have been a way to slash costs: “Kimora was going over-budget. She’d pay herself a fee to be in the ads, plus she paid her children fees to appear in ads. It costs thousands of dollars to airbrush her because she’s a size 10. Plus, they spent a ton of money on body doubles. They would shoot another model in the clothes, and take Kimora’s head and put in on her body.” Kellwood had no comment.(written article via AP)
My take on this?.. She chose to leave because she knew there was trouble ahead you cant blame her, whether she was alledgedly fired or quit it was for the best because there are obviously some issues behind the scenes at that company. As for her children and herself.. they modeled for Baby Phat case closed. Whether pictures were shopped up to perfection or not they were still considered employees / models. I dont think anyone works for free, I believe that term is called VOLUNTEER work! So off to better endeavors! Go Kimora.. show us what you can do and gain americas hearts again. 
Heidi Montag: Old news but reader worthy the famous Nip & Tuck Surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan passed away Aug 18th while tweeting and driving. He would have been the one his client Heidi Montag would run to for this new plan! She stated yesterday how she wished she hadn’t done so many surgeries. She said that her surgeries are part of what ruined her and Spencer Pratt’s marriage because he always had to take care of her and aside from that she looked horrible after going under the knife so much. She wants a breast reduction at this time and is considering going down to a semi normal size to balance out her body, after all big breasts come with drama! (I SHOULD KNOW)..back pain, oggling, custom clothes etc.. “My Boobs are crushing me” she told Life & Style. This woman went thru over 10 hours of surgery for perfection, and almost died from a Demerol OD during recovery. Demerol=Meperidine is used to relieve moderate to severe pain, it is in a class of medications called narcotic analgesics. A group of pain medications similar to morphine. At this time she doesn’t want to be in the lime light as a celebrity she said shed like to just “get out of Hollywood” and that she really doesn’t have any friends or family back home, its time for this chic to go on hiatus.. She also said she wont get anything done again, at least not for a long time.
Nicki Minaj: being compared to Lauren Hill (as a female emcee that sings and raps), Lil Kim and Foxy Brown (attitude, wigs, lyrical genre and carribean twists).. Who's next?.. I think she has a little bit of every influence but at the end of the day she is Nicki Minaj and she is on the rise so let the girl rock!
