It's the 10th Anniversary of the Annual New York International Salsa Congress, September 1st- September 6th. Starting off this year's festivities will be a Meet & Greet Welcome Party at Club Cache (221 West 46th Street, NY, NY Btw 7th & 8th Ave) on Wednesday, September 1st followed by 4 days and nights of Latin dance workshops, youth and adult performances, live music and social dancing at The Hilton NYC (1335 Avenue of the Americas @53rd Street). Ending the grand event will be a NYISC Farwell Cruise around New York City leaving from Chelsea Pier 61.
