EVA LONGORIA A FRAUD?

Via "Latin Gossip" Eva Longoria is in a legal mess. Beso, the Las Vegas nightspot she invested in, is bankrupt and now her business partner is suing her for fraud! (this is crazy). He claims that Eva loaned him one million dollars with the expectation that he would pay back over 4 million in two years. He now thinks that isn’t ethical. It is a big return and since things have turned sour, he is now suing her for 4 million dollars himself. (Or maybe he just doesn't know how to run a business and is attacking her for his losses?) Hmmmm I wonder.
